Mudskipper Blue Dragon boddarts

The Blue Dragon Mudskipper is a fascinating member of the family Gobiidae which, like all mudskippers, are specially adapted to spend time outside of the water.

Found in coastal areas from India to Indonesia, this species inhabits mangrove swamps and tidal mud flats, often in large groups with a defined social hierarchy.

We feed ours small crickets and the shop and recommend aquariums with 30 to 50% land to water radio and a water depth of around 1 to 4 inches. Ours are kept in freshwater.

Care: moderate requiring a more specialized tank system closer to a vivarium then normal fish tank
